Prize Draw

Eligibility for the prize draw is set out in the kick off lesson for each challenge. You’ll need to meet the criteria for each challenge to be entered into the draw.

The draw will be conducted live and prizes cannot be swapped or changed once drawn. If you do not wish to receive the prize or are not able to receive it due to location or shipping requirements, the prize will be re-drawn and another participant will receive the prize.

Prizes may not be swapped for a monetary alternative.

The partner businesses are responsible for shipping the prizes and are fully responsible for the quality of the item received. Amelia Steele and Amelia Steele Dog Training cannot be held responsible for quality issues, product faults or delays in the prizes and product issues must be directed to the corresponding brand.

Participants must be a full member of the training hub at the time of the draw. If you are no longer a member on the date of drawing the prizes, you become ineligible for the prize regardless of points scored. You must also be outside of your free trial period druing the time of the draw to be eligible.

Safety

You are fully responsible for your dog’s safety at all times. You are also fully responsible for assessing any risk involved in training and making decisions for your dog. While we will provide recommendations, Amelia Steele and Amelia Steele Dog Training, does not hold any responsibility for injury to yourself or your dog, damage to property or injury to others that occurs as a result of training.

Results Guarantee

It is not possible to offer any guarantees when it comes to behaviour. There are many variables when it comes to results, including your dog’s health, your input and environment, so we cannot offer refunds based on your results. If you are struggling to make progress, you can request additional support via the Hub.

Use of Training Hub

By participating in the challenge you are also agreeing to Hub terms and Conditions including conditions set out by Mighty Networks who are the platform host.

Time Delays

In the event of sickness or injury where Amelia is unable to post, the lessons may be delayed. We cannot offer any refunds based on delays in these instances, however we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the schedule and will work through an outcome that works for each member.

Access

Lessons for the challenge are hosted via the Hub and will remain in the Hub after the challenge ends. By participating, you acknowledge that you cancelling your membership at any time will mean you no longer have access to the lessons.
